• Conduct on-site property inspections for losses related to wind, hail, fire, and other covered events
• Capture thorough photo documentation and prepare clear, detailed reports
• Write accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier partners
• Manage claim files efficiently while meeting carrier timelines and quality standards

• Active Texas adjuster license
• Working knowledge of Xactimate or Symbility
• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment
• Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently
• Availability to accept assignments quickly and submit reports on time

• Consistent daily claim volume in the El Paso market
