Part-Time Insurance Processor - Auto & Insurance

is an independent insurance agency specializing in auto and home insurance
. We represent multiple insurance carriers and are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Insurance Processor
.

This position is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or someone interested in exploring a long-term career in the insurance industry.

$20.00 per hour

Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM

Increased compensation is based on licensing, experience, and growth responsibilities.

• Prepare and process auto and home insurance quotes
• Compare quotes from multiple insurance carriers
• Assist exiting customers with auto and home policy changes
• Process changes involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, mortgage companies, addresses, and other policy information requests and follow-up
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records

Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM

• Strong computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Dependable and punctual
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with customers
• Willing to learn and accept coaching
• Able to follow through and be accountable for assigned work

There is a learning curve, and insurance is not something you master overnight. Even experienced insurance professionals often require additional training when working with multiple carriers.

We start this position part-time to give both the employee and the agency an opportunity to determine whether insurance is a good long-term fit.
