Adelphi is seeking qualified Transcriptionists to provide professional transcription services in a school district setting in El Paso, Texas.

The ideal candidate will provide accurate written transcription of assigned content in accordance with El Paso Independent School District requirements while supporting timely, complete, and professional documentation.

• Facility Type:
  School

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or college coursework in English, Communications, Linguistics, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Formal training or certification in professional transcription, language services, or a related discipline preferred.

• Provide written transcription services as requested by the District.
• Accurately transcribe assigned audio, verbal, or other source content into written format.
• Maintain the meaning, context, and completeness of source material.
• Review completed transcripts for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and completeness.
• Correct transcription errors and inconsistencies before final submission.
• Complete assignments within established District timelines.
• Communicate promptly regarding assignments, availability, and turnaround requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and materials received during assignments.
• Provide consistent and professional transcription services.
• Perform other related transcription duties as assigned.
