Responsibilities- Assist and support lawyers and paralegals
- Schedule and organize meetings
- Review and verify legal documents and correspondence
- Draft and revise letters and correspondence
- Maintain filing and archival systems
- Maintain office supplies
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree or college preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills, including familiarity with case management software
- Integrity and discretion
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) capabilities
- Notary Public
- Prior legal experience
