Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Location:

Madison, WI (Epic campus). Relocation assistance available.

• Lead and manage complex litigation across regulatory, competition, healthcare law and related risk areas.
• Provide risk‑mitigation counseling, draft motions, briefs, and handle depositions and oral arguments.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Negotiate settlements and lead settlement negotiations.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

• Juris Doctor (JD) with experience counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills; eye for detail and creative mind.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
