• End-to-End Project Management — Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in engineering, construction, or a related industry.

  Proven experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams to successful project completion.
