The OpportunityWe're looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards to design and scale a compensation, benefits, and recognition strategy that supports our next phase of growth. You'll be responsible for building world‑class programs that attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent anchored in performance, fairness, and our company values.
As a strategic leader within the People organization, you'll partner closely with our CPO, CEO, CFO, and executive team to shape our approach to compensation philosophy, equity, benefits, mobility, and executive rewards. You'll lead a small but mighty team while driving systems, insights, and programs that elevate the employee experience and sustain our talent density at scale.
This role reports to the Chief People Officer.
What You Bring- 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, including leadership experience at a high‑growth or global company.
- Deep expertise in both broad‑based and executive compensation, including equity programs.
- Experience advising senior executives with sound judgment and data‑driven insights.
- Strong understanding of global mobility, pay equity, and compliance considerations.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and influencing skills; able to translate data into strategy.
- A builder's mindset, comfortable designing for scale, leading change, and simplifying complexity.
- Define and evolve our global total rewards philosophy, ensuring alignment with company goals, culture, and financial strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and Compensation Committee on pay equity, competitiveness, and governance.
- Lead the design and communication of our annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity refresh processes.
- Oversee market benchmarking, leveling, and pay structures across all functions and geographies.
- Partner with Finance and People to drive data‑informed compensation decisions and workforce planning.
- Manage executive compensation, long‑term incentive plans, and equity frameworks that reward performance and impact.
- Design and optimize benefits offerings that scale globally and enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations across geographies.
- Introduce innovative, scalable benefits aligned with our growth stage and employee demographics.
- Drive automation, systems integration, and process excellence across compensation and benefits programs.
- Partner with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure rewards programs enable attraction and retention of top talent.
