Lead the team that helps veterans and their families find safe, stable housing. In Montgomery, AL, your leadership will shape how case managers serve their community, and every family they help carries it forward.

- Supervise, train, and develop a team of Case Managers
- Review and approve case documentation for accuracy and timeliness
- Lead weekly supervision meetings and case staffing
- Review Temporary Financial Assistance requests
- Partner with the VA, Vet Centers, shelters, and the local HUD-VASH team
- Monitor monthly Continuous Quality Improvement goals
- Manage a small caseload when needed
- Established supervisory experience leading case management staff
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and person-first practices
- Familiarity with Housing First, the VA, or military a plus
- Valid Alabama driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
- Onsite in Montgomery with local travel and occasional after-hours or weekend work
