This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at our El Paso, TX location. Responsibilities include managing shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring proper packing for shipping, inventory control, and accurate documentation. Additionally, the Specialist will handle unloading deliveries, operate forklifts as required, and maintain a well‑organized work environment. Collaboration across teams is crucial to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of logistics needs.

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Packing processes
• Knowledge of Inventory Control and proficiency in maintaining accurate records
• Skills in Unloading and handling goods efficiently
• Proficiency in safe Forklift Operation
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in a fast‑paced environment in El Paso, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking inventory
