• Weigh incoming bulk materials, milk, sugar, oil, etc.
• Understand and execute milk, sugar, and oil receiving.
• Execute mobile or paper manifest.
• Check truck seals  compare with manifest to assure accuracy.
• Open the truck top door and visually check for milk color, foreign objects, and foam excess.
• Perform milk agitation.
• Collect samples for incoming inspection and laboratory.
• Maintain proper chart recording system.
• Perform and record quality testing, such as milk acidity, body fat, pH, and antibiotics.
• Unload milk into silos once satisfactory results are obtained.
• Hook up piping and hoses as needed.
• Perform trituration test to review correct milk concentration and composition.
• Create wash tags with seals and close the truck.
• Fill and complete daily milk log, DFA, lab, and charm samples forms.
• Perform cleaning/sanitation process (CIP) for raw silos, lines and tankers to ensure requirements are met and keep equipment clean following established procedures.
• Perform cream loadouts.
• Perform Clean in Place (CIP) in Redzone as assigned.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy.
• Follow all safety rules & procedures and ensure safety of others.
• Follow all food safety procedures.
• Follow all environmental protocols as applicable.
• Perform any other duties as required or assigned.

• High School or Equivalent.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions, read and understand equipment manuals and procedures.
• Able to work required shifts.
• Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements preferred.
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and bring energy to task performance.
