Texas Oncology is looking for an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Grandview, El Paso, TX location. This is a full‑time Monday‑Friday position (8:00 am–5:00 pm) with no weekends, calls, or major holidays.

Under minimal supervision, the RN provides professional nursing care for patients in accordance with national and company standards and guidelines. The RN demonstrates knowledge of physiological, psychological, developmental, and age‑specific differences in the patient population and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to assess and manage patient/family needs and to support compliance with the US Oncology Compliance Program.

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote the continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices.
• Assess patient and family needs and provide teaching and other instructional material.
• Prepare and administer therapies under the direction and supervision of a physician.
  • Administer medications and blood products using correct medication, dosage, route, time, and technique.
  • Ensure pre‑authorization and appropriate consent forms are obtained prior to therapy administration where applicable.
  • Facilitate dose modification by assessing patient labs, consulting protocol or treatment plan, calculating dose, and consulting physician regarding dosage modifications, problems and symptom management.
  • Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, and maintain central line catheter devices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assigned patient care and treatments provided.
  • Apply knowledge of reimbursement procedures and charge capture.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing education program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 0–3 years of RN experience (entry, mid, or senior levels considered).
• Current RN state license and BLS certification.
• Willingness to consider entry, mid, or senior level candidates.

Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods, occasional lifting of items up to 40 lb., and corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
