Nurse Practitioner

Attention all Nurse Practitioners, we are seeking independent contractors to provide services to our Military Service members.

We primarily work weekends, with some weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Texas on an "as needed" basis.

We provide health readiness services to meet medical and dental requirements for maintaining a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health histories, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to identify current and prior medical concerns.
• Address urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
• Document interview results using our proprietary system for readiness classification.

Requirements:

• Active NP license in the state; supervising physician may be required depending on state law.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with primary, urgent, or occupational health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services and military systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, extended hours, and various locations, including remote military installations.
• Weekend availability and ability to travel preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

  Diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing medications are not required.
