Nurses with experience in behavioral health, counseling, intake, medication side effects, PTSD, psychosomatic medication interactions, suicide and self‑harm risk assessment, or fostering therapeutic nurse–patient relationships are encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered RN license
• 1+ year experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably inpatient or outpatient
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, side effects, and administration protocols
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ANA ethical standards

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications per prescription and monitor efficacy and side effects.
• Provide emotional and psychological support using evidence‑based therapeutic communication.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental‑health topics.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for a holistic care plan, including discharge planning and after‑care support.

Salary: $48,830 to $90,210 per year.
