Ect Coordinator

Responsibilities

The ECT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing all aspects of ECT according to state regulatory requirements and the policies and procedures of El Paso Behavioral Health System.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience: A minimum of one (1) nursing experience required.
• Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing, CPR, and ACLS.
• Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. Must have current CPR certification upon hire. Successful completion of Handle With Care to include physical hold and verbal de‑escalation during orientation.
