HowYou’ll Contribute
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.

This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
RequirementsApplicants should have a current state RN license and graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- One year of Rehabilitation or Acute Care experience preferred.
- CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. CRRN preferred.
