Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care according to the Texas Board of Nursing.
Qualifications- Education
:
Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience
:
Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred. - Licensure
:
Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing. - Additional Requirements
:
Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications; must have current CPR certification upon hire; must successfully complete Handle With Care training (physical hold and verbal de-escalation) during orientation.
