• Location: El Paso, TX 79925 (Texas nursing jobs)
• Facility: Level 2 Trauma Center with 10 Operating Rooms and 2 Endoscopy Suites
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 11/17/2025
• End Date: 2/16/2026
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800
• On-Call: Required (weekends and nights rotation)
• Weekend Requirement: Approximately 4 shifts per month
• Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs
• EMR System: Medi Tech

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or compact state)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center
• Clinical experience with robotics, neuro, orthopedic, urology, and vascular surgical procedures
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical support skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment and take initiative

• Deliver direct patient care in the operating room, prioritizing patient safety and quality outcomes
• Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotics, neuro, ortho, urology, vascular, and exploratory laparotomies
• Document patient care accurately using Medi Tech EMR
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergency cases
• Ensure efficient room turnover and adherence to hospital policies
• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the highest standards of nursing care
