Located at Aveanna Healthcare, this position offers full‑time, part‑time, or PRN opportunities for Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high‑acuity homecare for a toddler client. The role requires weekend day or night shifts (7am‑7pm or 7pm‑7am). Training available for tracheostomy or ventilator care.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
