• As a Charge Nurse LVN / RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that medical and nursing standards are met and exceeded.
• You will coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Charge Nurse LVN / RN is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise and guide Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Charge Nurse LVN / RN is responsible for mentoring and coaching team members to improve patient care and satisfaction.
