Medical Surgical Floor Nurse Nights 5th Floor, Del Sol Medical Center. This 13-week contract position involves providing patient care on a busy medical-surgical unit with 23 beds. The role requires teamwork, compassion, and adherence to unit policies to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Position:
  Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical (MS) Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) 36 hours per week
• Certifications/Education/Licensure:
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; required valid nursing license; no minimum years of experience specified
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  BLS; RN license; experience in medical-surgical setting
• Additional Information:
  Experience with starting IVs, Foley catheter management, NGT insertion, wound care, drain management (JP, Hemovac, Wound Vac), chest tube management, and port-a-cath access is preferred. Basic nursing skills and a team-oriented personality are essential. Dress code includes galaxy blue scrubs with no visible tattoos, and natural hair color is required.
