Veterinary Assistant

Adobe Animal Hospital is looking for Veterinary Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will support veterinarians and veterinary technicians in providing high-quality care to animals, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and delivering excellent customer service to pet owners.

Bilingual (Spanish) speakers encouraged to apply!

Salary: $12 - 16 per hour.
Schedule: Full-time opportunities available. Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm, Saturday 7:30 am - 12 pm. Closed on Sunday and major holidays.
Location: 3140 Trawood Dr, El Paso, TX 79936.

• 1 + years of veterinary clinical experience
• Knowledge of basic industry tools and equipment
• Able to lift and handle large dogs (Over 50lbs)
• Experience with proper animal handling and restraint of cats and dogs
• Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
• Help in the exam rooms alongside the veterinarian
• Work closely with other team members to assist in daily hospital duties (bloodwork, x‑rays, animal monitoring, vaccines, exams, surgery, etc.)
• Positive team player
• Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
• General housekeeping
• Stocking supplies and counting inventory
