Position: Quality Control Coordinator I

Position Summary

Quality Control Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing, controlling, and instancing required documents for the Quality Department. The role ensures that the electronic version of all required documentation is reviewed, compiled, and saved in the CCZJV (I-Docs/Co-Console) databases, and also performs ITP, ITR GAP Analysis.

Additionally, the coordinator will coordinate with craft and planners in generating and assembling turnover packages, review signed‑off QA/QC forms, audit hardcopy and electronic files, maintain system progress updates, prepare reports on turnover systems, and ensure subcontractor ITRs meet or exceed Exxon A‑Check Sheet (ITRS).

Responsibilities
  • Perform QA/QC inspection process and related documentation (QMP, ITPs, ITRs, procedures)
  • Coordinate with craft and planners to generate and assemble turnover packages
  • Review signed‑off QA/QC forms for completeness and accuracy and capture required signatures
  • Ensure electronic versions of all required documentation are compiled and saved in appropriate drive folders and databases
  • Audit hardcopy documentation and electronic files
  • Monitor and update progress of systems and subsystems
  • Prepare reports on status of turnover systems
  • Ensure subcontractors’ ITRs comply with Exxon A‑Check Sheet requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Computer competency (Microsoft Office, I-Docs, Co-Console) and database experience
  • Craft competencies in any of the crafts (civil, UG work, structural, buildings, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
Required Qualifications
  • Understand the QA/QC inspection process—QMP and related QA/QC documentation requirements (ITPs, ITRs, procedures)
  • Coordinate with craft and planners in the generation and assembly of turnover packages
  • Review of signed‑off QA/QC forms for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required signatures have been captured
  • Ensure the electronic version of all required documentation is compiled and saved in the appropriate drive folders and databases
  • Audit hardcopy documentation and electronic files
  • Monitor and keep updated on the progress of systems and subsystems
  • Prepare reports on the status of turnover systems
  • Ensure subcontractor's ITRs meet or exceed Exxon A‑Check Sheet (ITRS)
  • Other duties as assigned
