Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in El Paso, TX is seeking a Training Supervisor onsite at our El Paso facility, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. The role owns the hourly production training system, ensuring operators are trained correctly, consistently, and to verified competency, improving quality, safety, and productivity.
The position partners with Operations and Quality to close training gaps, strengthen on-the-job training, and enforce training standards.
