A postdoctoral position is available in the group of Chad Hoyer () starting Summer 2025 (preferably June). The appointment is on-site for one year, with a possibility of renewal for a second year, contingent upon funding and performance.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site postdoctoral position ponsibilities include conducting research, collaborating with faculty, participating in academic activities, and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students. The annual salary is $57,218 for the first year.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with quantum chemistry calculations or heavy-element chemistry
    • Strong research skills and data analysis abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • PhD in a relevant field
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
