Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team. Pay rate: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour
. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.70 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. A Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions.

The associates will work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations) and much more.

The Full-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate offers an hourly wage, PLUS commission based on productivity. Final pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience.

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide recommended financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Effective communication of legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, showing respect and using tools for communication.
• Collaborates with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training successfully.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Employees may assist customers exterior to the building or retrieve products stored in exterior storage areas.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.
• Must have a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
