Key Responsibilities- Understand organizational objectives and make decisions aligned with company priorities.

- Creates personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team.
- Builds short‑ and long‑term strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
- Represents Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrates Coach’s Selling and Service expectations at all times.
- Supports local sales strategies and tactics, driving business through clienteling and sourcing new customers.
- Provides in‑depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, current offerings and overall product value.
- Communicates current pricing and promotional strategy to customers.
- Cross‑sells and encourages additive product offers that align with customer needs.
- Tailors approach by reading cues, attending to each individual customer’s unique needs.
- Follows up with customers consistently to influence and close sales.
- Supports store operational tasks: maintain sales floor and backroom, cash wrap, visual merchandising, inventory replenishment, and asset protection.
- Ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards.
- Replenishes inventory on sales floor as needed and supports the store inventory process.
- Drive for Results – consistently among top performers, bottom‑line oriented, and steadfastly pushing self and others for results.

- Experience: 1‑3 years in previous sales, preferably in luxury retail, with current knowledge of fashion trends and industry competition.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie‑talkie use, and reading price/product sheets.
- Physical: Ability to operate at a fast pace, communicate effectively, maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, climb, bend, kneel, lift up to 25 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Schedule: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic sales days such as Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother’s Day.
- Courage: Provides direct, complete, and actionable feedback, faces people problems quickly, and takes negative action when necessary.
- Creativity: Generates new ideas, connects unrelated notions, and adds original value in brainstorming.
