Merchant Row is a leading experiential sales agency, partnering with major telecom brands to drive B2B customer engagement. We’re looking for an energetic Brand Ambassador in El Paso to represent our telecom clients confidently and professionally.
Job Description: The Brand Ambassador will represent telecom clients in B2B sales campaigns, helping generate leads, build relationships, and deliver measurable results. This role requires charisma, excellent communication, and a strong business development mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Represent telecom clients professionally as a Brand Ambassador to local businesses.
- Identify and engage potential business clients to present products, services, and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key business decision‑makers.
- Drive sales and business development by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Provide detailed feedback and market insights to account managers to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with other Brand Ambassadors and team members to meet and exceed B2B campaign targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs for client campaigns.
- Base pay with weekly earnings between $1,200–$1,500 depending on experience and performance. (Base and commission rate will be assessed in more detail during the interview process)
Requirements:
- Outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in B2B sales preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible availability to meet client needs.
