Account Executive – Outside Sales

We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Outside Sales Professional to join our busy team in El Paso, TX. Do you want to build a book of business in a booming industry? We are a nationwide temporary staffing firm that specializes in light industrial positions (manufacturing, logistics, etc.). We need go‑getters with mid‑level B2B/outside sales skills, high energy, reliability, collaboration, and a goal‑driven mindset.

Base

Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr

Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, car & trip incentives, benefits, and a matching 401(k).

Responsibilities
  • Seek out new clients and build/maintain strong, successful relationships.
  • Lead opportunities through the sales cycle: prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management.
  • Close revenue and meet/ exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
  • All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates.
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships; develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
  • High level of networking and communication skills with a desire to build long‑lasting working relationships.
  • Outside B2B sales experience required.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Understanding of staffing industry margins.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
  • Staffing industry experience a plus.
