Account Executive – Outside Sales
We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Outside Sales Professional to join our busy team in El Paso, TX. Do you want to build a book of business in a booming industry? We are a nationwide temporary staffing firm that specializes in light industrial positions (manufacturing, logistics, etc.). We need go‑getters with mid‑level B2B/outside sales skills, high energy, reliability, collaboration, and a goal‑driven mindset.
BasePay Range
$55,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr
Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, car & trip incentives, benefits, and a matching 401(k).
Responsibilities- Seek out new clients and build/maintain strong, successful relationships.
- Lead opportunities through the sales cycle: prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management.
- Close revenue and meet/ exceed sales targets.
- All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships; develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
- High level of networking and communication skills with a desire to build long‑lasting working relationships.
- Outside B2B sales experience required.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Understanding of staffing industry margins.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
- Staffing industry experience a plus.
- Selling or influencing others—convincing others to buy services or change their minds/actions.
- Getting information—observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Making decisions and solving problems—analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution.
- Updating and using relevant knowledge—keeping up‑to‑date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships—developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
- Base salary range $55k–$60k commensurate with experience.
