TQL is seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will pay for your relocation to Cincinnati, Ohio, to train with top brokers. After completing training and establishing a solid book of business, TQL will cover your relocation to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our industry-leading paid training and mentorship program will teach you about sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

What you'll do:

• Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker
• Make calls and establish relationships to build your book of business
• Close new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
• Provide proactive and honest communication internally and externally
