Venpro Solutions, a dynamic business development consulting group based in El Paso, Texas, is seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is critical to expanding our presence in the local market and beyond by driving business growth through strategic sales and consulting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, a deep understanding of B2B sales strategies, and the ability to leverage consulting techniques to increase brand visibility.

This high‑level salesperson must understand how to implement a consultative sales approach effectively, with knowledge of organizational change management and account management experience. This position requires a willingness to travel within Texas and beyond to meet clients and prospects. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission and bonus potential, rewarding top performers for their success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted sales and consulting strategies to generate leads, increase market share, and drive traffic to client websites through content marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, territory management, and face-to-face client meetings to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and grow accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Venalicium Projectum’s consulting services.
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to create compelling promotional materials, product demos, and campaigns that communicate the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while aligning with company goals and client expectations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging consulting technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and expand market reach within Texas and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consulting, with 2 to 5 years in a sales‑driven role; experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus. (Preferred)
  • Account management experience with a track record of growing and maintaining client portfolios.
  • Knowledgeable about organizational change management principles and their application in business environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers and present compelling product demonstrations.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within El Paso and surrounding areas and occasionally beyond for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel requirements.
  • Strong customer service focus with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
