- Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable P&C products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively present and explain insurance policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
- Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in New Mexico OR ANY STATE.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in P&C insurance sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
