Responsibilities
  • Self leads generation.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable P&C products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Effectively present and explain insurance policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
  • Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in New Mexico OR ANY STATE.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in P&C insurance sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
