We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our automotive dealership team. The BDC Agent is responsible for contacting internet and phone leads, following up with customers, scheduling sales appointments, confirming appointments, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the customer’s buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, and sales leads.
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to potential customers.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers who have not yet purchased.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate showroom traffic and sales opportunities.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
Competitive Salary + Commission with opportunities to increase earnings based on performance.
Previous automotive BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
