The Retail Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of Lucchese products to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. Daily activities include providing detailed product information, fitting and styling boots, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. The Retail Sales Associate also handles customer inquiries, supports inventory and stock replenishment, and collaborates with team members to meet store sales goals.

This position requires a strong focus on customer service, product presentation, and brand representation.

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Solid Product Knowledge skills, including willingness to learn detailed features, materials, and craftsmanship of Lucchese boots.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or luxury goods is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard retail technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent education; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
