Territory Sales Manager - Hospitality Technology

$90,000+ Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Full-time

Certus Recruitment is partnering with an established global hospitality technology business, providing cloud-based software solutions to thousands of hotels and resorts worldwide.

Its mobile-first platform uses AI, automation and real-time operational data to help hospitality businesses streamline housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality technology sales professional to take ownership of a regional territory, developing new business across hotels, resorts and independent properties.

Working autonomously in-market, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development through to negotiation, closing and handover to Customer Success.

You'll focus particularly on full-service and luxury hotels, leveraging your existing industry relationships to identify opportunities and win new SaaS business.

Regular travel throughout your territory and attendance at US hospitality industry events will be expected, with occasional international travel.

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and win new business across hotel groups, resorts and independent properties.
• Leverage existing hospitality industry relationships to generate opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with hotel owners, management companies and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account plans and forecasts through Salesforce or Hub Spot.
• Represent the business at industry events and maintain a strong local market presence.

• 3+ years' B2B sales experience selling into hotels, resorts, hospitality businesses or hospitality technology providers.
• Established network of contacts across the hotel and hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
• Experience managing a regional territory and working independently in the field.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or Hub Spot.
• Fluent business English and willingness to travel regularly.

SaaS or hospitality technology sales experience would be advantageous, as would existing relationships with hotel management companies, regional chains, resort operators and hospitality consultancies.

• $90,000+ base salary, depending on experience.
