Position OverviewSecurity Officer – Industrial Access Control in El Paso, TX – Full Time, $12.50 / Hour.
Job Schedule:
Mon–Wed 02:00 PM–10:00 PM;
Sat–Sun 06:00 AM–02:00 PM.

- Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
- Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and breaches.
- Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any access control concerns.
- Support Allied Universal management and site leadership in upholding security-related standards and protocols at the location.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergo a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
