- Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as required, providing customer service to clients and visitors.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the transportation location calmly and problem‑solving.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the premises and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
- Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to deter potential security-related incidents.
- Work collaboratively with transportation staff and visitors to address security-related issues as they arise.
- Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
- Level III armed certification for Texas.
- At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Criminal history considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
