• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as required, providing customer service to clients and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the transportation location calmly and problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the premises and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to deter potential security-related incidents.
• Work collaboratively with transportation staff and visitors to address security-related issues as they arise.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Level III armed certification for Texas.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
