- Maintain a visible and professional presence in the front lobby to deter potential disruptions, as well as promote a secure environment for visitors.
- Security Officers assigned to the Police Administration building will be armed.
- Monitor building and keep unauthorized personnel out.
- Responsible for all security related areas around and within the administration building as directed by the Police Department.
- Process persons coming into the Police Administration building while working the front information/security desk.
- May be requested to walk and patrol the perimeter of the building and parking lot area.
Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, excellent communication skills, and sound judgment.
