Purpose of PositionTo provide installation service operations with strong electrical, suspension, and mechanical skills according to Alamo’s standard.
Primary Roles- Performs installations
- Provide technical support to the installation team and sales
- Diagnosing and fixing comebacks
- Supports and backs up the foreman and installation team
- Scheduling and assigning installations
- Quality control
- Provides product feedback and knowledge
- Follows installation procedures
- Provides advice to sales representatives on products
- Maintains high level of product knowledge and promotions
- Assists in other areas as requested
