• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Calibrate systems to manufacturer's specifications and ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide clear and professional communication with clients regarding service performed, maintenance tips, and repair options.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair (both residential and commercial systems).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a variety of settings, including rooftops, attics, and crawl spaces.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.

• Knowledge of control systems, energy management systems, and refrigeration.
• Experience with ductwork fabrication and installation.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS).

• Travel to job sites required (company vehicle may be provided).
• Indoor and outdoor work, occasionally in extreme weather conditions.
• May involve overtime, evening, and weekend work depending on client needs.
