Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health (“Bienvivir”) is a community-based, patient-centered, comprehensive health care delivery system that advocates and promotes quality of life, optimum independence, dignity, and choices for frail seniors. Since 1987, Bienvivir has served the frail seniors of El Paso, Texas through the Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). PACE is a unique managed‑care benefit for frail seniors (participants) age 55 and older, certified by the state as needing nursing‑home‑level care and residing in a PACE service area.
PACE programs coordinate and provide comprehensive medical and support services so that participants can remain independent and stay in their homes as long as safely possible.
- We pay 100% of the MEDICAL monthly premiums for Employee‑Only coverage.
- We pay 100% of the DENTAL monthly premiums for Employee‑Only coverage.
- We provide an affordable VISION monthly premium for Employee + Family coverage.
- We pay 100% of BASIC LIFE for a benefit amount of $10,000.

- Initiate and maintain effective relationships with community organizations, agencies, hospitals, government agencies, churches, schools, etc. as part of Bienvivir awareness activities.
- Implement elements of the Marketing Plan that delineate outreach activities (formal and informal, internal and external) in support of the Organization’s Strategic Plan, as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain active referral sources.
- Coordinate, plan logistics, and represent at all health fairs, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Screen inquiries to ensure referrals meet minimum PACE/Bienvivir qualification criteria.
- Distribute all marketing and promotional materials, and communicate to the Marketing Manager when supplies require re‑ordering to ensure adequate stock at all times.
- Manage referrals and referral contacts, ensuring inquiries are promptly responded to with optimal customer service and professionalism.
- Operate company vehicles safely when assigned; maintain vehicle logs and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Contribute material, as approved, for possible inclusion in the Organization’s website and/or newsletter.
- Conduct tours of Bienvivir facilities as requested and per tour schedule.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- High School Diploma; preferably two (2) years of college‑level work in journalism, public relations, marketing/advertising.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in community public relations.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and good Motor Vehicle Driving record, which will be checked.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
