This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in El Paso, TX, for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, including planning and directing maintenance activities, ensuring proper equipment functionality, and implementing preventive maintenance practices. The role includes supervising the maintenance team, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance team effectively
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Exceptional Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
• Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring workplace safety compliance
• Previous experience in a maintenance supervisor role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or mechanical systems are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is an advantage
