TWO MEN AND A TRUCK El Paso is looking for multiple movers and drivers to join our growing team! We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill. Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, landscaping, moving, or delivery driving is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service by safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings
• Greet customers upon arrival, make a positive first impression, and complete a walk-through of the premises
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
• As a team leader, drivers are responsible for safely maneuvering a 26’ box truck
• Assist drivers with truck inspections and inventory of moving equipment
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
• Experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, operations, fleet, or warehouse work is helpful

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; experience in general labor is helpful
• Drivers must be 21 years or older due to insurance restrictions
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbally and in writing
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background checks and random drug screens
• Experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, or warehouse worker is helpful
