Non-CDL Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced non‑CDL Driver to join our elite team in El Paso, TX. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Non‑CBA Position. Pay: $15.50–$16.48 per hour (standard corporate policy; benefits may vary by location).

• Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug test and physical (if applicable).

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions.
• Work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 h per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped or uneven surfaces.
• Push and pull objects up to 30–45 lb; occasionally lift material up to 50 lb with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to reach equipment at ground level.
• Operate in heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
