- Hands-On Training Program: 4‑6 weeks with a certified mentor
- Paid Orientation & Training
- Weekly Solo Pay: $1,200–$1,500 on average
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks
- Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must have completed a 120‑hour CDL school
- Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
- No recent major moving violations
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months
- No Clearinghouse violations –
