We are seeking a Residential/Municipal Driver responsible for collecting refuse from rural routes, monitoring and improving route efficiency, performing pre/post trip inspections, scheduling vehicle maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilitiesOperating a commercial vehicle with a Class B CDL
, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.
- 3 years of waste industry experience
- Clean MVR
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screening
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety are essential.
Compensation and benefitsOffer an hourly wage with consistent overtime, typically earning between $60,000 and $75,000 annually
