Yard Coordinator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Yard Coordinator to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. This role is essential for managing the flow of trailers and commercial vehicles within the yard, ensuring accurate data entry in the Yard Management System, and coordinating with dock teams to optimize loading and unloading schedules while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Schedule:

• Tuesday
  - Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Pay Rates:

• 14.00 - 15.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Yard Coordinator:

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or yard operations.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Desirable Requirements for Yard Coordinator:

• Demonstrate the ability to make quick, effective decisions to resolve traffic bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and internal warehouse teams via radio to coordinate trailer movements.
