Warehouse Associate - Forklift - 2nd Shift

Location: El Paso, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 pm–12:00 am with frequent overtime and ability to work on Saturdays as needed.

Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will operate powered industrial trucks, handle shipments, maintain 6S guidelines and ensure safety in a finished‑goods distribution environment for the automotive aftermarket.

• Daily operation of powered industrial trucks or other material handling equipment.
• Daily use of handheld RF scanner.
• Use good judgement to comply with instructions or prescribed routines, methods, or practices involving making minor decisions.
• Keep work area clean and orderly in line with 6S guidelines.
• Report any equipment or facility damage immediately.
• Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping, receiving, storage of parts, materials, and products.
• Prepare parts and materials for shipments; verify materials and quantities; pack materials; load trucks.
• Receive shipments; unload trucks; check shipments for completeness and damage.
• Record shipments and compile necessary paperwork. Move material to proper area for storage.
• Avoid damage to equipment or process due to mistake or carelessness, including damage to machines, tools, supplies, devices, and solutions.
• Maintain a constant safety mindset to prevent injury to others.
• Be responsible for one’s own work and achieve local productivity and quality goals.
• Receive, put‑away, pick, pack, and ship products.
• Use basic arithmetic and simple formulas to check reports, forms, records, and comparable data.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of forklift experience.
• Order Picker/Cherry Picker forklift proficiency.

• Fixed mast reach truck experience.
• OSHA certification of powered industrial trucks.
• Proficient in English (read/write).
• Good computer skills; keyboard proficiency.
• Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Warehouse management systems experience such as SAP.

• Work schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 3:30 pm–12:00 am; frequent overtime;
  Saturdays as needed.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Standing, walking, bending as required.

Base hourly wage: $16.75. Pay is determined by experience, knowledge, and location.
