Work on the floor in the warehouse 90% of the day. 10% office work for reporting requirements. Complete daily audits & document errors for employee. Clear outbound audit station of system or quality issues when necessary. Work closely with all Supervisors and the Shift Manager to determine the areas not up to standards.

• Basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and the warehouse management system.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with others in a close working environment.
• Work as a team with internal and external employees of the company; ability to work effectively with other staff members to accomplish tasks and departmental projects.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; to manage competing demands; to manage priorities amidst frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency to meet established deadlines.

Demonstrates leadership ability by motivating, engaging, and creating trust with others.

Provide associates an inclusive culture by welcoming all backgrounds and celebrating their difference.

Good reasoning, conflict management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Provide a clean & safe working environment where nothing takes precedent over the safety of our associates.

Lead with positivity that energizes others with encouragement and places an emphasis of putting others before self.

Work overtime on the weekends if necessary. Occasionally work alternate shifts. Must be capable of sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods of time. Overhead reaching and lifting required. Bending, standing, stooping, pushing, and pulling required. Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds occasionally. Required to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature changes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment that require detailed hand movements and coordination, possible exposure to dust and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation.
