- Experience
Required:
2–5 years (minimum 2 years
) as a practicing dentist, with a strong foundation in comprehensive care. - Patient-first mindset and strong chairside communication
- Clinical confidence with independent treatment planning
- Desire to grow toward ownership/leadership
