To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which you will practice
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
